These fajitas were incredibly easy and flavorful. I don’t eat chicken but swapped in a block of sliced firm tofu and cooked as the recipe was written and it worked perfectly. I’ve never thought to use lime juice instead of water in my taco seasoning and it really amped up the flavor. I’ll be doing this when I make other ground meat tacos as well. Thank you!
